Discreet Health Services does not diagnose illnesses or medical conditions, prescribe medications,
provide medical or mental health treatment, interpret laboratory results as a diagnosis, establish an
ongoing provider-patient relationship, or replace the care of a licensed healthcare provider.
Laboratory Results
Laboratory testing is performed by independent certified laboratories. Results should be reviewed with the ordering provider or another licensed healthcare professional. Rapid screenings tests are screening tools only and may require confirmatory testing.
